We aim to get your order to you quickly and reliably. Please read the details below so you know what to expect.
Dispatch time
Orders placed before 2:00pm (UK time) are dispatched the same day (Monday - Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders made after this time will be dispatched the following working day.
Delivery timeframes
Standard delivery is free of charge on all UK orders, with products sent using the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. Shipping time is typically 2 working days, but please allow for some extra time during busier periods or to account for courier delays.
Delivery restrictions
The standard shipping policy applies only to UK addresses. Unfortunately, there is no international shipping available at this time.
Tracking and confirmation
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Please make sure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout, as we cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.

Delays and liability
While we aim for fast delivery, we cannot guarantee delivery times due to factors outside of our control, such as courier issues or extreme weather. Our liability for any delay is limited to the cost of goods, we do not accept responsibility for consequential losses.
Missing or damaged orders
If your order does not arrive within five working days of dispatch, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier. If an item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
