Policy Summary

  • We offer a 30-day return window from the day you receive your item.
  • Returns accepted for any reason if the item is unused and in the original packaging.

  • We will provide a free return label once your return is approved.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your item.

Full Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. This applies regardless of the reason for the return.

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, though  products must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return for any reason, you can contact us through our contact us page or email us at info@medinagifts.com. We will respond in 24 hours.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label without charge, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package, including the returns address. We will pay for return shipping for both defective and non-defective returns. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you still haven't received your item within ten working days, please contact us or email us through info@medinagifts.com and we can arrange either a refund or send the goods to your address again.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 5 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@medinagifts.com so we can investigate further.
